Every conversion gives you three things: a standard .ics file, a private calendar link you can subscribe to, and a spreadsheet. Yes. Alongside the calendar file, every schedule can be downloaded as a CSV with one row per event - date, start, end, title and location. It opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets, imports into Notion or Airtable, and it is the quickest way to check an extraction against the original document side by side.

It depends how you added it. If you subscribed using the private calendar link, yes - your calendar app re-reads the link periodically, so corrections you make on your schedule page appear without you doing anything. Refresh timing is set by the calendar app, not by us; most check every few hours. If you downloaded the .ics file and imported it, no - that is a copy, and you would import it again after editing.

Yes, and each takes a different thing. TeamSnap imports a CSV in its own format, which we generate for sports schedules. TeamLinkt subscribes to a calendar link, so later edits reach the team on their own. Spond imports the .ics file into Season Planner. We have imported into TeamSnap and TeamLinkt ourselves; check the first few events after any import.

Your uploaded file is processed to extract events and is not kept afterwards. The extracted events themselves are saved to your account, so you can view, edit, re-download and share them - that is what your dashboard shows. Schedules are private by default and only become viewable by others if you explicitly turn on sharing. We never sell your data. You can delete any schedule at any time, or email us to have your whole account removed.

It depends on the legibility. Our AI is trained to read handwriting, but clear photos or typed PDFs give the best results. If we cannot read your file, or we read it but find no dates in it, you are not charged a credit.

While rare, AI can occasionally misinterpret a date (e.g., confusing MM/DD for DD/MM). You get a full preview of all extracted events before you export them, allowing you to edit titles, times, or delete incorrect entries instantly.
