Getting it into Spond

Convert your schedule
Upload the PDF, screenshot or photo you already have. Every event is listed for you to check and correct before anything is downloaded.

Download the calendar file
Use “Download Calendar (.ics)” on your schedule page. It is a standard calendar file — the same one Google, Apple and Outlook read.

Import it into Spond
In Spond, open Season Planner and import the file. Spond’s Season Planner accepts .ics files; check the imported times against your schedule the first time you do it.

Check the times on your first import. Our file stores the time exactly as your document printed it, with no timezone attached — which is what you want, but some apps re-interpret it. We have confirmed TeamLinkt reads it correctly and have not yet run the same check in Spond, so give the first few events a glance.
This is a file, not a live feed. Importing gives Spond a snapshot. If your schedule changes afterwards, download again and re-import. TeamLinkt is the one that subscribes to a link.
