Convert your schedule
Upload the PDF, screenshot or photo you already have. Check the events, and fix anything that needs it — you can edit them right on the schedule page.

Make the schedule public, then copy the calendar link
On your schedule page, turn on Public Access and use “Copy calendar link”. TeamLinkt fetches the link from its own servers, so it has to be reachable without your account.

Paste it into TeamLinkt
In TeamLinkt, go to Add/Import → Import Events → iCal via URL and paste the link. TeamLinkt re-syncs several times a day, so later edits to your schedule reach the team on their own.

Venues have to be findable on Google Maps. TeamLinkt looks every venue up on Google Maps. Before you import, make sure each location on your schedule is a name Google can find — a full venue name or a street address. You can edit any location right on your schedule page; the feed updates immediately. Events whose venue TeamLinkt cannot find will fail with “An Event Needs a Location”.
Events arrive as type “Other”. TeamLinkt imports them without a category. Change them to Game or Practice inside TeamLinkt if you want them typed.
The sync is one-way. Edits you make on your schedule page flow to TeamLinkt. Changes made inside TeamLinkt do not come back.
