Every game is listed before anything downloads, with anything we had to assume — a duration, a missing home/away — marked as assumed.

You get a CSV in TeamSnap’s own template format. Schedule tab → Import → Schedule from File. Opponents and locations are created as it imports — nothing to set up first.

What to know before importing

Opponents and locations are created for you. TeamSnap adds them as it imports — nothing needs setting up first. The preview still lists them so you can check the spelling against teams you already have, since a near-match is what creates a duplicate.
We do not fetch from anywhere. You upload the schedule you already have — a PDF, a screenshot, a photo of a printout. There is no connection to any tournament site or to TeamSnap itself.
Anything assumed is marked. If a game has no end time we apply a typical duration and say so. If the document does not say which side you were, home/away stays blank rather than being guessed.
