One document is converted at a time, up to 5MB. A long document is read in full, but a large multi-part bundle is better split into the sections you actually need, which also makes the review step manageable.

No - this is a conversion, not a live feed. When a revised programme is issued, convert it again. The events already in your calendar stay exactly as exported until you replace them, so nothing changes underneath you without your say-so.
